He clarifies me a situation when he was relocated to a engineering site near panipat as part of his job. He found the conditions very hard as it was a site job and he was required to put 14-16 hours every day. He could not adjust himself to the new environment as he proved helpful in a standard office setup for days gone by 2 years. Furthermore, he cannot digest the fact that he must stay away from the luxuries of city life. He understood that his performance is slowly and gradually getting afflicted because of these factors. In these circumstances, his resilient frame of mind emerged to his save. He started to manage the new environment and acquired himself tweaked in two months.

When asked about his desire to exhibit resilience, he immediately highlights to his performance that received infected. He never wishes to remain as underperformer within an organization. However, he seems that not everyone can exhibit similar type of behavior. He cites example of his colleague who still left the company as he cannot handle the new environment. Age 24:

Work experience: 24 months at L&T

Currently pursuing MBA

I3 also believes that resilience is very important to a person to handle the tensions life offers during one’s trip. When asked about any situation where I3 exhibited the quality of resilience, he narrated his attempts to get entrance at a B-school. He attempted for 3 years but was unsuccessful in getting entrance. He was stressed out and lost his self-confidence. However, his parents stood by him and urged him to try again. In the fourth yr, he finally been successful in getting entrance to college or university of his choice.

When asked about his resignation at L&T, he says that he didn’t give any goal to job.
